Q: What metals are used to make sure the products are both hypoallergenic, and tarnish resistant?
Many materials are made from stainless steel, and German silver. Both metals resist tarnishing and do not contain nickel which is a common allergen the skin is sensitive to.
Q: What is the policy on returns?Â
Materials that are damaged upon receipt are eligible for a return. Any items that are a custom order and or engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.Â
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please take a picture of the item so we can replace the piece for you and ship it out ASAP. Â Make sure to email us: ringistic.elegance@gmail.com
